Shipping costs
Shipping to Germany is free for you. Customs duties and import charges are already included – there are no extra charges on delivery.
Delivery time
Delivery takes approx. 7–12 business days from your order (processing included). Goods are shipped from an international warehouse. In rare cases, customs, weather or the carrier may cause delays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may only become active a few days after dispatch.
Delivery address
Please check your address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs may apply.
