Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the applicable standard delivery costs, subject to the conditions provided by applicable law.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier, where permitted by applicable law.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
